A revised traffic law on the legislative agenda for next week would raise the legal blood alcohol level to 0.75 percent, which for most adults would translate to 6 drinks. The move comes less than a week after a drunk driver in Puriscal collided with a home and killed a women that was 9 months pregnant.

Where are these peoples heads. What will it take, another dead Mother/Father/Son/Daughter to get their attention? I would bet that had the authorities had their family killed by a drunk driver, they would not have even put this bill up for a vote.
